Warranty period 1 year from original purchase date for all Brondell products. Warranties may not apply to products that are used for heavy commercial, hospital, or other high-use non-residential applications.

Are bidet attachments compatible with my toilet?Bidet attachments are compatible with all standard two-piece toilet fixtures and even fit many contoured one-piece toilets. |
What are the plumbing requirements?Depending on the type of attachment you buy; whether it’s a dual-temp model or an ambient, single-temp, model, you may need a hot water hook up at the sink’s supply valve (⅜”) nearest your toilet. For all ambient single temp models, you simply need the standard freshwater connection by your toilet tank and a two-piece toilet system with a Standard ⅞” fill valve. Most toilets in the US have this type of plumbing orientation. |

How safe is the clear plastic hot hose for the Dual Temperature bidet attachments?The hot tubing is specially manufactured with thermoplastic polyurethane, capable of withstanding boiling temperatures of 100 degrees Celsius at 156.2 psi. How do the Dual Temperature bidet attachments get hot water? Do they heat the water?The Dual Temperature bidet attachments hook up to the hot water supply at your sink in your bathroom. Since they are non-electric, they are unable to heat water on their own and depend on the home’s water source. |
